  • What compensation will I obtain?

    Depending upon your case, there are different types of damages that may apply. Damages may include compensation for pain and suffering, past medical bills, future medical costs, and/or lost wages.

  • How much will it cost?

    The initial consultation is free and if our firm accepts your case, we advance the expenses of the lawsuit. There is no cost to you unless we get a recovery for you.

  • How long do I have to sue?

    Depending on your specific claim, there are different time limitations to file a lawsuit. The time period to bring a lawsuit is called the statute of limitations. Please call our office to find out how much time you have.

  • Am I required to obtain my medical records?

    There are attorneys who will tell you to obtain your own medical records for them to review. However, unless you already have a copy of your medical records we will order and obtain them and evaluate your claim.

  • A family member died. What should I do?

    In some cases, an autopsy may be required in order to obtain sufficient information to prove a medical malpractice case. It is therefore important that the family request one. If you are told that you cannot have one or that you have to pay for it, please contact our office immediately.
